French at Hillarys Primary provides students with the opportunity to develop another language that has many base words found in English and thus symbolic in nature. A culture and history with close ties with many Australian immigrants. French also helps student develop a better understanding of themselves. Duncraig SHS, our feeder higher school, also offer French. Each July, the school celebrates the French language with a special day.
