We encourage parents to volunteer at Hillarys Primary School – whether it’s being a classroom helper, attending an incursion, helping at an excursion or assisting with student reading.
Parents who hold a valid Working With Children Check must present their card at the office.
Parents must also sign a Parent Declaration Form and complete our school safety induction (via the QR code):

For grandparents or other relatives of students who would like to volunteer, you are required to hold a Volunteer Working With Children Check. You can pick up an application form from any Australia Post office or apply online. The cost is approximately $11.00. Grandparents and other relatives must present their Working With Children Card when signing in at the office. They must also complete the school safety induction via the QR code.
